After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation by email. Right of withdrawal policy (14-day cooling off period): For physical goods: The 14 days begin the day after you receive the item. Failing to do so may result in incurring additional fees and taxes, which we are not responsible for. Shipping costs: You are responsible for the return postage. We are not responsible for shipping costs, insurance, or any fees related to having the item shipped back. Requested shipping method includes insurance and tracking. Refunds: Once an item is returned and confirmed that it is received in its original condition, a refund will be processed. If the returned item(s) are damaged, heavily used, or not in its original state, a deduction from the original amount will be made. This will be determined depending on the item and the condition in which it is received.
