Are you able to ship to my country?

YES! We ship worldwide using DHL or FedEx and we also use Japan Post for certain countries.

The boxes are currently sold out, when will you sell the next month's box?

Keep up to date on our social media pages for the announcement of specific dates and times. We will usually sell the next month's box around the middle of the month. For example, August's box will be sold around mid-July.  

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We love stationery and it would make us very happy to share the wonderful products with everyone else in the world.  Shipping rates (for the stationery boxes) start from $10 USD+. During the Japan Post mail suspension, we now offer FedEx and DHL as alternative shipping options. Shipping rates for FedEx and DHL start from $22+ USD.

I have signed up for the subscription: when will I be charged for the next box? 

You will be charged for your first box when you first sign up.  If you subscribe to the monthly box, any charges thereafter will be made on the 20th of each month.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates (for the stationery boxes) start from $10+ (depending on location), which includes tracking. We also offer FedEx or DHL as a shipping alternative that starts around $22 USD. 

The shipping costs for other shop items are calculated at checkout. The shipping rates all vary depending on weight, size and the country of shipping location.

Shipping without tracking or insurance: If you select this method of shipping, you agree and understand that we are unable to track the whereabouts of your package. We are also unable to take any responsibility of the package if it does get lost or damaged. Please email for further discussion.

Note for Shipping: Please be aware that we do not ship to your Paypal address. We ship to the address that is noted when you check out. Please ensure that this address is correct. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to an incorrect address.

Are Tax and Custom Fees included? 

We do not charge these as they will be calculated and collected by your country once the package arrives.  We are not liable for any extra costs you may be required to pay.  Please make sure you understand the potential cost implications before placing your online order.  For additional information, please contact your local customs office. 

When do you ship out the subscription boxes?

We aim to ship out the boxes by mid-month.  If you're unsure of when your box should be shipped, please refer to the product description of the item you purchased or send us an email.  

For example, if you subscribe to the monthly stationery boxes: the March box may start shipping around the end of February, and will continue shipping at the beginning of March.  If there are delays, shipping may last until mid-March. 

How can I track my box?

You can check your tracking information by logging into your profile and clicking on the order #.  Note: Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number information to register once the shipping process has started. 

When will I get my first box? 

All stationery boxes purchased are for the next month's box.  For example, if you purchased a box on June 16th, your first box will ship out by mid-July.  

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account.  The general rule is you can cancel anytime after 2 subscription boxes, but we understand that things come up - please email us and we can process it on our end.  If you cancel prior to the 20th of the month, you will not receive the next month's box.  Eg. If you cancel your subscription May 8th, you will not be receiving June's box.  

Missing or lost items 

We are not responsible for any items or shipments that have gone missing during transit.  

Returned boxes 

Subscription/stationery boxes that have been returned to us due to incorrect address, may be re-sent.  We will, however, not be responsible for the extra shipping charges needed for the item(s) to be re-sent. 

We try to reach out to those who have boxes returned, but if we do not hear back from you within 2 weeks of our initial email, we will be cancelling the order (less shipping costs).  

Refund policy

Once your orders have shipped, we are unable to offer any refunds.  
Limited Edition, pre-order items are also non-refundable as they are all made to order. 
Effective immediately, any orders cancelled at anytime is subject to a $3 USD re-stocking fee. 
Damaged items
If an item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item along with a photo of the damaged goods. 

 

Shop Items 

Any items (other than subscription boxes) purchased may take up to 7 business days for processing (and up to 10-14 business days during holiday seasons).  

If you have purchased multiple items, your order will be shipping out with the item that will be shipping out the latest. For example, if you are a subscriber, we will be combining your orders and will ship it out along with your subscription box. If you are not a stationery box subscriber and you would like to combine your orders to save on shipping, please feel free to email within 12 hours of your purchase. 

For EU customers: Product prices in the online shop do not include VAT.  EU customers are required to pay VAT in accordance to customs rules of your respective countries

We do not offer wholesale or bulk orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order that may infringe on our terms and conditions or if we suspect any reselling activity.
