Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We love stationery and it would make us very happy to share the wonderful products with everyone else in the world. Shipping rates (for the stationery boxes) range from $10 USD - $13 USD depending on where you live. UPDATE May 17: We have now added upgraded shipping to people living in The United States of America. For more info please email email@example.com
How much does it cost?
If you would like to try it out just for the month, the cost for one box is $36.95 USD. If you want to save some money and don't want to miss out on monthly stationery goodness, subscribe month to month for $34.95 USD.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your first box when you first sign up. If you subscribe to the monthly box, any charges thereafter will be made on the 20th of each month.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping for stationery boxes with tracking starts at $10 USD per box and goes up to $13 USD per box depending on where you live. We ship using Japan Post SAL and usually takes around 2 weeks to arrive (if customs doesn't hold on to it for too long). All stationery boxes (not sets) will come with tracking information.
The shipping costs for other shop items are calculated at checkout.
NOTE: Shipping to CANADA- There have been delays with shipments and tracking information and may take 6 weeks+ for processing once the box arrives in Canada. We are unable to re-send items or issue refunds if items are delayed or untraceable.

Are Tax and Custom Fees included?
We do not charge these as they will be collected by your country once the box arrives. For additional information, please contact your local customs office. We are not liable for any extra costs you may be required to pay.
When do you ship out the boxes?
We aim to ship out the boxes on the 1st- 2nd week of the month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account. The general rule is you can cancel anytime after 2 subscription boxes, but we understand that things come up - please email us and we can process it on our end. If you cancel prior to the 20th of the month, you will not receive the next month's box. Eg. If you cancel your subscription May 8th, you will not be receiving June's box.
Missing or lost items
We are not responsible for any items or shipments that have gone missing during transit.
Returned boxes (due to incorrect address)
Subscription/stationery boxes that have been returned to us, may be re-sent. We will, however, not be responsible for the extra shipping charges needed for the item(s) to be re-sent.
Any items (other than subscription boxes) purchased will take 3-5 business days for processing. Items will be shipped via regular air mail and does not include tracking or insurance. If you require tracking information or would like to upgrade your shipping, please email us prior to making your purchase.
