How I Use My Delfonics Pouch | Blog post by Skylar

When I first found out the contents of the March Stationery Selection box I was immediately filled with ideas for how I wanted to use them. I knew my husband and I would be starting our spring gardening soon and I also knew he had a lot of big plans for them this year so I wanted to use the items to document the process and stay organized.

The idea sprung from when I saw the vegetable flake stickers, We were planting a pretty large selection of veggies and I knew I could use those as decoration, but how would I use them? So I decided to document the entire process start to finish on Instagram and probably with a Field Notes insert because I love how compact and easy it is to use.
So I grabbed all the supplies from the kit put them in the GORGEOUS Delfonics utility pouch and off we went.
I collected all the seed packs and put them in the pouch, and sat down with my husband with two trays of seed starters and started planting and writing what we were planting and where.
Flash forward to a week later and we had the cutest spouts coming up to greet the sun! I knew we'd be getting busy transplanting these babies soon and I was so thankful that I was able to document everything and keep everything in a centralized location for this project. I had everything I needed to quickly write everything down and tape things into my notebook so they didn't get lost!
That night he got to work building the garden boxes for these seedlings and made them so each and every plant would have the proper space to thrive. Once we plant them, I'll be able to refer to my notes taken in my Tidbits free cut memo pad and be able to transfer them with ease to their new permanent homes! And as  we watch them grow I can write any notes I need to in my notebook or tape anything in using the Kokuyo compact dot liner that was included in the box as well! I bet you're wondering how I used that coral Tombow dot pen... I used it to highlight anything and to decorate as well.
I hope this inspired you to think outside the box - or in a garden box - using the amazing supplies included in the March kit! I know I had a blast getting creative and being outside with my supplies!

What a great idea! I sure wish I got in on that box. I am envious. I can’t wait for my box.
